North Kingshighway

Leet EyeCare – Kingshighway was purchased in January of 2011 from Dr. James T. Hall.

Dr. Hall, a Cape Girardeau native, originally opened his practice, Hall Eye Center, on Sprigg Street in 1973. After practicing on Sprigg Street for 10 years, Dr. Hall moved his practice to our current location on Kingshighway, where he practiced an additional 28 years.Doctors Wood and Dohogne are responsible for the continued care of Dr. Hall’s patients at Kingshighway. This facility if fully equipped medically and boasts a very nice frame selection. New patients are always welcome!

  • Dr. Ryne C. Wood

    Dr. Wood is a 2003 graduate of Oran High school. After playing 2 years of baseball at Three Rivers Community College, he finished his undergraduate degree at Missouri State University. Dr. Wood graduated with honors from UMSL College of Optometry in May of 2011 with a focus in specialty contact lenses and posterior segment disease. Dr. Wood is currently accepting new patients at both the 3230 Blattner Drive location as well as the 856 North Kingshighway location in Cape Girardeau. He is a provider for several medical and vision insurance plans. In addition to private practice, Dr. Wood joins the Midwest Mobile EyeCare team of Leet EyeCare optometrists serving nursing home residents in Southeast Missouri Dr. Wood resides in Cape Girardeau. In his spare time he enjoys being with friends and anything outdoors.

  • Dr. Jeremey S. Dohogne

    Dr. Dohogne is a member of the American Optometric Association, Missouri Optometric Association and Vision Source. Dr. Dohogne is an Honors Graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis College of Optometry where he received the Contact Lens Clinical Excellence Award. Dr. Dohogne served 8 years in the Missouri Army National Guard and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a member of the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce, the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, the Jaycees of Cape Girardeau and the VFW of Cape Girardeau. Dr. Dohogne provides care from pediatrics to geriatrics at both the 3230 Blattner Drive location as well as the 856 North Kingshighway location in Cape Girardeau. Dr. Dohogne specializes in contact lenses and geriatrics. He is currently accepting new patients at both locations. He is a provider for several medical and vision insurance plans.
